There are many reasons why people invest in a Hot Tub for it to be installed in an investment property that they intend to rent out in the summer months as a holiday let usually on a weekly basis.

Probably the prime reason is that the property is much more marketable and in demand much more than those similar properties with out a hot Tub. This may well achieve a far higher occupancy compared to those properties that do not have a Hot Tub Jacuzzi.

Then of course there is every possibility that a higher rental income may be achieved due to the attractiveness of offering a Hot Tub.

So now we have increased demand and marketability combined with the possibility of a higher rental.  That sounds like an outstandng winning competition to me.

Every body when marketing the rental of a holiday home in spain always refer to the availability of a Hot Tub Jacuzzi spa. I get the impression that it is a must have option.

The general public as a whole and in particular holiday makers are becoming much more demanding and have a much higher increased level of expectation than that compared with say five years ago.

Well what is it about the Hot Tub Jacuzzi style spa that makes it so attractive to the consumer and in this case the potential Holiday Maker renting his holiday accommodation.

Well it all starts with what is in the Hot Tub that good old stuff H2O or in more simple terms water. That amazing resource. With out it none of us could survive on the planet Earth. A liquid that we can drink and sustain life but at the same time is a fluid capable of being frozen solid. This amazing fluid when warm is often used in physiotherapy to help recovery from injuries and to relieve muscle stiffness and aches by assisting in the reduction of lactic acid. Warm water helps to open the blood vessels to naturally assist and increase blood circulation round the body.  The increased circulation helps to bring nutrients and thereby helps the tissue and muscle groups around arthritic joints relax, and promotes the flow of endorphins in the body.

Treatment by massage to the feet and hands is known as Reflexology and this is based on the fact that there are reflexes in the feet and hands that correspond to various parts of the body. The massaging effect of the warm water helps to apply gentle pressure to the feet and hands increasing circulation and providing respite to specific joint and muscular functions.

Modern day Hot Tubs using the this system of flow of water from a variety of massage Jets combined with air and warm water produces a nice Jet or stream of warm water that massages the body and limbs that in many ways reproduces the ancient practice of water massage therapy for the 21st Century.

Now you know why it is such a good idea to invest in a Hot Tub for a rented property and of course the owner can get to use it too when the property it is not rented out.

As with so many things in life it pays to buy the highest quality from a manufacturer who has been established for many decades as opposed to secondhand or a cheap import , remember the old adage that buying cheap can often mean buying twice.

Often in life it can be a question of pay now or later. If you get suckered and by a cheap product undoubtedly you will pay later not only in terms of repairs but also higher running costs.
